I loved this. It made me think hard. I wanted to share some practical skills with fellow UXers . Not just make them listen to me waffling on.
But… in 30 minutes? Yoiks!
Narrative and communication have always been powerful drivers in all my work. And I’ve been writing and running storytelling workshops for decades. 30 minutes cannot teach anyone the ‘how’ of storytelling. But it can open hearts to the power of stories.
So, I was only really inviting the audience to come and take their first steps towards stronger customer and stakeholder engagement.
I think… hope… I made them ask, “what is the story here, and how can I tell it?”
